Shocking.

Not much to report today.  I took my son to school today and visited my dad who spent most of the morning dancing with my daughter.  I read something yesterday that shocked and saddened me to my very core.  A woman in Russia threw her children from a 15th floor block of flats because "she was fed up of having children".  As a mother we take an unconditional vow to protect our children at whatever cost, so to be the one who takes their life there must be something seriously wrong.  She allegedly lured them to the 15th floor with promises of throwing paper airplanes.  Why wouldn't you trust your mummy?  I only pray that they didn't know what was going on.

I think I may have contracted a mild form of food poisoning.  My own fault for eating a ham sandwich and not realising that the ham wasn't that great. I say wasn't that great I should have clicked something was wrong when I realised it wasn't chicken roll I was eating. Yes the ham was very pale. Lesson learned, cue vomiting and well lets not go into the other!

I think I have the best mum in the world as at short notice she picked my sons up from school for me and brought them home. I am now confined to my bed with a constant nauseous feeling and bubbling belly. Thank god for the husband too because even though he has been at work for 12 hours he's come home and sorted dinner and the kids. I still can't believe we'll have been married for 9 years on Thursday.
